2 miile warm up, 4x 1 mile repeats. i hit 5:50 first one then 5:58, then on our third one the wind died down quite a bit so we ran 5:41 with the same effort as our previous repeats. our last one was 5:47. we had a cool down after each. next we did  a 1 mile cool down

4.7 miles with my dad at about 7:40s to 8:40s then after that i did that same loop for a tempo run and i hit 29:03 i felt pretty good it was really nice weather outside, rainy. i ran in my new perlizumi m3 road shoes.
