ran 3 miles in the morning. went to coaches dads house in the afternoon for our workout. first we did a half mile warm up because there was lightneen in the distance. later we ment and got 1.5 more miles for our warm up. my first mile repeat was 5:59 second 6:06 third 5:59. they were pretty easy because the course was a little downhill and it was great weather.
