ran 3 in the morning then did a 400 workout on the track in the afternoon
4 miles at practice. went to quick feet we did alot of sprinting stuff and warm ups so i am estimating the other 3miles
3 miles in the morning. 2 mile warm up. it was raining and windy. instead of doing normal 400s we did 8x 400m with surges in it. after we did 4x 100m race starts.
