i went trail running on the butte the first loop i felt horrable, the 2nd loop i was warmed up and i felt a lot better. after the 2nd loop we went through the middle, then i went back down to the car and then ran back up the hill again. then i did one more loop

 the terrain was hilly and rocky

1 loop=2miles/ 3loops

1/2 loop =1 mile

up to trail=1/4 mile/4times

across the butte=3/4 

trail run = 8.75

we walked up table rock and then ran down 

the way up was fun and not to hard. the last mile of the hike up was snow.

the way down was really fun because we were sliding and running down the snow, and the  running was super technical!we  ran the whole way down

i ran a speed workout today i did 5 400s  the first one i didn't feel to great i was really stiff, so after it i stretched. the 2nd one i wasn't  stiff at all but, it was really hard to breath and the first 100 meters i couldn't stop coughing. before the third one i took a long break but when i started it i still couldn't breath. the 4th and 5th ones were the same as the 3rd 400 

my times for the 400s were between 1:19 and 1:23

i ran two miles slow and the last mile i picked it up to a 7:20 pace

we couldnt run on the track so i timed my self running hard for 1 min 20 sec and t it felt like 1/4 of a mile. so i marked were i was and did repeat 400s on the dirt roads  i did five of them

i ran 4 miles in the morning. and in the afternoon we did the michagen worckout. we ran a mile at a 5:50 then a 30s rest. then we ran a 1200  at a 4:19 pace 30s rest then we ran an 800 at a 2:50 pace 30s rest. then i ran an all out 400
